Professional ExperienceSusan has over 20 years of Training and Development experience. Her areas of expertise include: needs assessment, gap analysis, project management, curriculum/courseware development, instructor-led training, storyboarding, documentation, Performance Improvement, Performance Management systems development, and Competency-based job design. Susan has worked in Human Resources Development (HRD) in multi-national organizations in Europe and the US., positions range from Training and Development Manager at Intel during the start-up of Intel’s European Pentium Processor Manufacturing plant in Ireland to Course Design Specialist at Ericsson for 6 years. Susan has been an HRD/Training consultant for the past 8 years. Presently Susan is the Principal Consultant with Northwoods HRD Consulting, focusing on Performance Improvement and Change at the Strategic, Business Process and Employee levels in organizations.
